Welcome to JadiAi. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and AI-powered Instagram DM automation platform. By accessing or using JadiAi, you agree to be bound by these terms.

This platform is owned and operated by zenitron general trading l.l.c, licensed under number 1111791, registered in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai.

2. Use of Service

JadiAi provides an AI assistant that automates responses to Instagram direct messages. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Instagram Integration

To use JadiAi, you must connect an Instagram business or creator account. You authorize JadiAi to access and manage messages on your behalf via Meta’s APIs. You remain solely responsible for all activity conducted through your connected Instagram account.

4. Subscription and Billing

JadiAi offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use JadiAi for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, to harass users, or to automate interactions in a way that violates Instagram’s Community Guidelines or Meta’s Platform Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on the JadiAi platform are the intellectual property of zenitron general trading l.l.c. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

JadiAi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. zenitron general trading l.l.c shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
